Prescription Refills

stockBefore you run out of medication, please log in to the Patient Portal to request your refills. By utilizing the Patient Portal, your request will be sent immediately to your chart for your medical provider to review. Please check with your pharmacy 24-48 hours after you have requested your medication refill to make sure that they have filled it for you.

As an alternative, you may also call our office and leave your information on our Prescription Refill line. Be sure to follow the voice prompter to leave your refill request on our refill line. Leave your name, date of birth, prescription name, pharmacy name, and a good contact phone number. All prescriptions are refilled in a timely manner, usually within 24 - 48 business hours. The weekend could cause your prescription to be delayed 48 hours. We will contact you by phone if there is a problem filling your prescription. Otherwise, please check with your pharmacy 24-48 hours after you have requested your medication refill to make sure that they have filled it for you.

Do not wait until you run out of medication! Please make sure we have ample time for your refill request.

It is standard policy for our on-call personnel to not fill antibiotics and pain medications without you having been seen and examined first. Prescription refills are handled during business hours, Monday - Friday from 8:00 - 5:00.
